One of the keys to keeping a tight control over your business, is being able to positively identify every item in your inventory at any given time. The ability to quickly determine, what it is, who’s it is, where it is, how many are there, etc. is the difference between order and chaos and often the difference between profit and loss.

With our barcode enabled system, the status of your inventory will never be in question. We empower you to track every attribute, of every item, from the time it enters your warehouse, until the time it leaves. Our system will tie all of your vendor, P.O. / Job Detail, Audit Date, Revenue Share, Storage Location, Sales Order, Payment and Disposition information together via the barcode asset tag applied to the individual asset at initial Audit.

Individual Asset Tags for Inventory Items
• Numeric 1/2”x 13/4” label with barcode and asset number.
• 80 asset tags per sheet. (can be customized)
• Labels are affixed at time of audit or data capture.
• Asset number is the unique ID for each piece of equipment
• All reports, sales orders and packing slips use this number
• Can be used for individual items or lots of items like an SKU
• Can be used for per pound items as well.

Pallet Tags
• This is a large 8.5” x 11” tag which is used to identify individual pallets containing groups of assets.
• As each asset is audited it gets assigned to a pallet or storage location by scanning this large tag as the item is placed on a pallet.
• All of the assets in a particular “pallet location “will be logically grouped together in the system, making it easier to search
   for and find groups of like product.
• The Cycle Count Report,  lists all assets on a pallet along with owner and age of item.
• This can be used to quickly verify and cross check inventory levels.

Warehouse Location Tags
• Large and /or small stickers or tags which represent a physical location in the warehouse such as a pallet rack location
   or a shelf location.
• Individual assets or pallets can be scanned into these locations
• The Location Report lists all pallets and assets on pallets located in each warehouse location.

We have several utilities which are useful for moving individual or lots of items from one location to another.
In addition Inventory lookups can utilize storage location information as search criteria.
