• Users simply connect to AuditBench.com via the Internet, login and begin working.  It is a multi-user application which enables you to track assets, processing fees, equipment sales, revenue share, vendors and customers.  It can be accessed from anywhere in the world with a Web browser and an Internet Connection

• We have pre-configured company profiles which include industry standard product definitions (classes), and report formats,  which 90% of our customers use without modification.   By deploying these profiles as is or with minor adjustments,  startup takes as little as one day.  Additional customizations to certain areas of the system can be accommodated and will be handled on a case by case basis.

Most functions in AuditBench.com require very little training.
• The "Go-Live" process starts with an overview of the data capture and reporting tools and takes one hour to complete via web-based training.   We first assist you in setting up a few customers and jobs to prepare the database for the Audit process.  Once a few Jobs have been set up, you can begin processing equipment with the Audit module.  This is the easiest module to learn, and we will have you up and running in 15 minutes.  You will quickly see results as your processing line comes up to speed.

While your techs are processing equipment, we will review the Fee Maintenance and Reporting functions.  These modules require data, so the more you process,  the easier it will be to learn these functions.    As the system gets populated with asset data, everything will fall into place; reports will be available, inventory searches will produce results, items will be available for sale, etc..

We will have follow-up training sessions when you are ready to produce your first reports, create sales orders, scrap equipment, list on eBay, perform warehouse moves, etc..

On-going training, if necessary, will be provided.

AuditBench.com is hosted in high availability data centers.
• Multiple layers of redundancy are built in to our hosting platforms to ensure data security and high system availability.  We have two database servers; a primary and a backup.  Each is configured with redundant disk arrays, dual network interface cards and multiple power supplies.  These servers are located in separate data centers which back each other up in the rare case of a system outage.  

Our primary data center is located in Virginia, and the backup data center is located on Long Island.   Both are Carrier Class data centers with strict physical security, 24/7 systems monitoring, regulated climate control,  multiple paths to the Internet and diesel generator backup power.  

We perform local backups and move data to the fail over server nightly.  We also have off site data storage for all backup media.
