Creating Orders / Packing Lists

Multi –User Sales Order Creation and Product Allocation.
No more product conflicts between Salespeople.

When working with a customer on a potential deal, sales people need the ability to reserve product for a period of time while the negotiation and payment process is underway.  Customers need to receive detailed Sales Orders in order to cut purchase orders and send payment.

With AuditBench.com’s Sales Tools the sales cycle is easily managed,  even in a busy environment with multiple sales people.

The 3 Step Sales Cycle:
1. Creation of a Pending Sales Order serves as a mechanism to reserve product, send preliminary documentation to customer and await purchase    commitment and payment. Inventory items on Pending Sales Orders are visible in the system but are marked as reserved.   These items restricted from being added to any other orders until removed from the first order.

2. Status of Sales Order is updated to Confirmed, when negotiations are complete and commitment has been made by customer.   This triggers the generation of a Pick Ticket and Packing Slip document.  Pick Tickets are available to print in the warehouse and contain all product info including asset tag and storage location. These can be used to pick product verify accuracy of order.

3. Update Status to Shipped – As the product leaves the warehouse, the shipping department mark order as shipped.  At this point the inventory levels are decremented and sales and revenue share information are automatically applied to all  vendor reports.
