Vendor / Customer / Partner Relationships:
Leasing companies demand that information relative to the lease and end-user lessee customer be retained and linked to all assets for the reporting process. The Job Admin module allows for entering Lease Partners and creating customer and lease details for each pending Job / lease return. This information will be captured for each asset and automatically output on audit and sales reports.

Recyclers can maintain separate records for each corporate customer so that the end of life / certificate of destruction reports for each asset can be tracked back to a specific job. This Vendor / Customer relationship can also be used to track Jobs / Assets to different cost centers or physical locations within a Corporation for separation of report detail. Corporate facilities managers can then view reports online in the dashboard by each site and get rolled up reports for the entire organization with the click of a button. Want to impress someone??

This functionality can also be utilized when there are referral accounts that come in from third party sales groups. Jobs can be designated to those partners and their customer information retained for reporting purposes. Revenue share tracking with partners and leasing companies is easily managed, tracked and integrated with all reporting.

Leasing and Referral partners can access their individual reports via the same online interface. Jobs can be assigned to External Processing Partners who can access the system and view only those jobs which are designated for them. These Partners would have access to the Receiving and Audit modules but not your confidential customer information.
